Why do I need to provide the alcohol?To comply with Wisconsin liquor laws, Blend does not sell or provide alcohol. Instead, you purchase your preferred spirits, wine, or champagne, and we use them to craft your frozen cocktails. This also gives you the freedom to choose the brands you know and love while ensuring your event remains compliant with state regulations.
Can you help me figure out how much alcohol to buy?Absolutely! Once your event is booked, we'll provide a shopping list with the exact quantities of alcohol and other ingredients you'll need based on your selected package and guest count. That way, you can shop with confidence and avoid buying too much or too little.
What's included with my package?Every Blend package includes professional setup and cleanup, our signature mobile cart, your selected frozen flavors, premium cups, paper straws, fresh garnishes, and everything needed to serve your guests. Additional upgrades such as custom cups, florals, signage, and a Blend Attendant are available upon request.
How many guests do your packages serve?Blend Basic serves approximately 50 (8 oz) drinks, while Blend Signature includes one complete refill for approximately 100 (8 oz) drinks. If you're expecting more guests, we'll be happy to recommend the best package or create a custom quote.
Can I customize my event?Absolutely! Every Blend event can be personalized with optional upgrades including custom cups, personalized signage, additional flavors, fresh floral arrangements, decorative lighting, premium garnishes, and even a dedicated Blend Attendant. If you have something special in mind, we'd love to make it happen.
How far do you travel?Blend proudly serves Madison, Wisconsin, and the surrounding areas. Travel within our local service area is included, and events outside that area may be subject to a travel fee. Contact us for a personalized quote.
